About
Atlas Strategic Finance is led by Nathan Barbour, a finance and M&A executive with over two decades of experience across investment banking, corporate development, and operational CFO roles in healthcare and technology.
Nathan has served as CFO at multiple venture-backed healthcare companies and led corporate development at a publicly traded health technology firm through a period of 20x revenue growth and IPO. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 30 M&A and capital raising transactions across investment banking and corporate development roles, with significant experience in SaaS, technology, and healthcare.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a Morehead Scholar.
